This case study will be presented in four parts during which you will follow Corso, a fictitious organization, and its IT manager, Arturo Feraldi, as they tackle the challenges of building a best-practice SAM System within the organization.

These case studies are designed to model typical real-world scenarios concerning SAM growth and maturity, while helping you to understand alignment to the ISO 19770-1:2017 standard. The case studies are interactive and will allow you to test your knowledge of the best-practice SAM processes covered in the course and apply them to the processes at Corso.
